Batley Self-Help Depression Group was formed in 1997 to support and care for sufferers of depression and related illnesses. The group meets in the Brimer Hall on Mondays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm for group discussions, talks on related subjects and basic support. It has drop-ins in the Community Centre (next door to the Church) on Wednesdays and Fridays at the same time. There is a self-help evening group on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, and bereavement therapy is on Tuesdays, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. More information can be found by visiting the Group’s website. You can contact the group on 01924 446413 or email them at enquiries@batleyselfhelp.org.uk or call in at Batley Resource Centre, 90 Commercial Street, Batley, WF17 5DS
